XVideo AI help for adult creators
Troubleshoot uploads, generation status and video playback in XVideo AI. Learn what to check before retrying and how to contact support.
Find the stage that matches your problem. An upload error, a failed task and a completed video that will not play need different fixes.
Before your first generation
- Choose Text to Video for a written scene, or Image to Video when you already have a permitted source image.
- Write one subject action and, if needed, one camera direction. Check the model, output settings and Credits shown beside Generate.
- Sign in before submitting. When the task finishes, inspect the result and use History to find it again.
You can explore controls, write prompts and watch examples free. Submitting a generation uses Credits. See Pricing and Credits for the currently displayed offers.
If Generate is unavailable, read its nearby message. Check for an empty prompt, missing source image, unavailable model, account requirement or insufficient Credits before changing anything else.
An image will not upload
- Read the exact upload message and the formats and size limit shown in the uploader.
- Export the image in a supported format or reduce its file size. Renaming an extension does not convert the file.
- Check that the selected model accepts the number of reference images you supplied.
If the message concerns age, consent or content, follow the content guidelines. Adult and NSFW projects use the same participation and authorization rules.
A task is still processing
Open History and inspect the task status before starting another generation. A page timeout or interrupted connection does not establish that the underlying task failed.
Use the available status-refresh control. If the state remains unclear, keep the task reference for support. Submitting the same prompt again can create a separate task with its own Credit requirement.
A generation failed
Read the failure message and compare the task in History with your Credit activity. Keep the task reference and settings before retrying. A failure and a technically completed result you dislike are different outcomes.
Correct an input or settings problem before a new submission. If the task outcome and Credit activity appear inconsistent, contact support so the specific task and its Credit activity can be checked.
A completed video will not play
If History shows a completed result, try Reload video or reopen that saved result. Reloading the existing media is the first step; generating another clip is a different request.
Check the result's availability message and your connection. When reporting a playback issue, say whether other completed clips play and whether the same result opens from History.
The motion differs from the brief
Compare the opening, middle and final frames. Look at the face, shoulders, hands, clothing edges and background. Decide whether the unwanted change came with subject motion, camera movement or a tightly framed source.
Our daylight portrait sample turns the upper body as well as the head. For a more restrained next attempt, request a smaller turn and a locked camera. That is a direction to test, not a guaranteed correction.
Change one part of the brief at a time. The text-led fashion sample shows a head turn and lapel movement together; use the original prompt to inspect how those actions interact.
